I used a combination of a low carb diet, periodic water fasting, daily low impact exercise and nutritional supplements. I've gone back to eating regular food (carbs and sometimes fast food) and still have great blood sugars. My A1C went from 9.0 to 5.3 in 4 months. The "dawn phenomenon" is gone. I feel great. At this rate, I'll be like 60 years old when they leave the house!
