Can u restart step 1 after 10month off of the plan?
回复删除Diane is on the money, I read this txtx last summer at completion of Phase 1 lost 35 lbs, 6 weeks later I had lost a total of 55 lbs. Felt great, had a lot of energy. I will definitely stick with the plan.

回复删除This quite honestly has been my saviour. Anyone with PCOS who hasn't ever really managed to loose weight and who spends most of their life feeling crappy MUST do this. So easy and simple to follow and you will at last become the person you always felt you should be, lean, healthy and full if energy.
