I started using a half teaspoon of cinnamon in my yogurt every morning two weeks before blood work every three months. Four years ago I was one point under the pre diabetes guide line on my test. I did everything I was told and brought it down. Then two years ago it was up again. I started the cinnamon and each test since the sugar threat has kept going down. My weight started dropping too.

回复删除Ceylon cinnamon from India does not damage your liver. Cassia Cinnamon (which is the cinnamon you typically find in the U.S. and you probably put on your toast) does damage your liver in high quantities.

回复删除I have been drink cinnamon tea home made and until now my liver is good, no problems. I take one pill of piculina and one teaspoon of karela twice a day before breakfast or any meal or snack. Two weeks ago after fasting my sugar was 92 one week 89 yesterday Friday was 81 in my doctor office. My never has prescribed me a medication because I am pre-diabetes.🤗☦️❤️
